John E. Warren III
Mr. Warren, the firm's founder, was born in Auburn, Alabama in 1962,
and admitted to the bar in 1990. He earned his B.S from Auburn University
in 1986 and his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in 1990. Mr. Warren
now actively practices throughout most counties in the north-central section
of Alabama, in federal court in Alabama, and the Eleventh Circuit Court
of Appeals.
H. H. (Chip) Nation IV
Mr. Nation, an attorney, was born in Jasper, Alabama in 1977, and admitted
to the bar in 2003. He earned his B.S from the University of Alabama in
1999 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University
in 2003 where he was on the Dean’s List and was a recipient of the
Alabama Circuit Judges’ Scholarship. Mr. Nation joined the firm
in 2003 after clerking for Mr. Warren in 2002 while attending law school.
