John Warren has based his practice of law on integrity, honesty, and compassion, the same principles by which he lives. He offers a personalized and specialized approach in his commitment to aggressive advocacy and representation of the people of Walker County. "I chose the less traveled road in pursuing the best results for my clients," Warren states. "That road of integrity, honesty, and compassion combined with hard work and dedication enables me to offer the kind of representation that each of my clients deserves. Keeping current with the most recent legal issues and knowing how to apply them to each individual are what differentiate great attorneys from good ones." Warren has an unparalleled track record of success having recovered millions of dollars for clients over the years.

Whether litigating personal injury cases, product liability cases, nursing home abuse allegations or worker's compensation claims, Warren & Associates takes a proactive approach to each client's case. Consequently, the firm has earned a reputation as being thorough and vigorous advocates for its clients.

In addition to his academic credentials, the firm utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide superior legal services to its clients. Attorneys and staff have access to voice mail, electronic mail, the internet, presentation software, audiovisual technology, and computer-aided presentation graphics. Warren was among the first lawyers to employ video graphics presentations in the mediation process, and he produces a videotape presentation of his clients' cases in almost every settlement mediation process. Electronic services for legal research are also utilized in order to provide needed information in the most efficient, economical manner possible.

In addition to actively practicing throughout most counties in the north-central section of the state, Warren & Associates also practices in federal court in Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

John Warren found his penchant for innovation in the provision of legal services to his clients had a counterpart in a certain talent he possessed for building renovation. When searching for a location in Jasper to serve as his headquarters, he found a historic structure in the heart of the downtown area that he felt fit his needs exactly. The three story building had been constructed in 1931, and formerly served as a bus station on the Miss/Ala bus line between Alabama and Mississippi.

In the 1940s, it became one of only two hotels in operation in Jasper before closing its doors. The building was in good structural condition, but would need a great deal of work before it could serve as a legal office.

"It was a challenge, but one we enjoyed accepting," explains Leesa Warren, John's wife who had always been interested in interior design, and spearheaded the renovation effort. "A number of very talented people in Jasper offered their help in the transformation of the building. Many did it in appreciation of the services that John had rendered to the community in the past."

The building now is a model of tasteful decor and functionality in design. The ground floor contains a reception area and several glass-walled conference rooms configured to retain the openness of the facility. The visitor is greeted by a statue of Lady Justice which also serves as a working fountain.

The second level is a mezzanine that serves as a lounge area with an eclectic mix of furnishings and equipment that underscores the diversity of interest of Warren. Exercise equipment, a ping-pong table, and a billiards table offer pleasant diversions, while a complete set of drums caters to Warren's musical bent. Walls are lined with Auburn and Alabama memorabilia that Warren and Nation collect as an alumni of these universities.

The third floor work area houses the attorney's offices, audio-visual room, investigation offices, complete shower facilities, and a break room. A play room for the children of employees is also provided. The entire facility is designed to reflect the firm's move to become more family oriented.

Even though the firm sports a new look and the latest in legal resources, Warren's basic business tenet remains the same. John Warren looks forward to offering the highest quality legal services to each client who comes through his door.
